    2. Description of Service

    Stardom is a music promotion platform that enables artists to create advertising campaigns for their music. The Service allows users to submit music links, configure audience targeting, set budgets, and launch promotional campaigns across digital advertising networks.

    3. Account Registration

    To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

    4. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

    5. User Content & Music Rights

    You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to promote any music submitted through the Service. Stardom does not claim ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring your promotional materials do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

    6. Campaign Budgets & Payments

    Campaign budgets are set by you during the campaign creation process. All payments are processed through our third-party payment providers. Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout. You agree to pay all fees associated with your campaigns. All purchases are final and non-refundable. You may pause and resume your campaign at any time, and your remaining budget will continue to be available for use, but no monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

    7. Campaign Performance

    Stardom provides estimated reach and follower growth projections based on historical data and targeting parameters. These are estimates only and do not constitute guarantees of specific results. Actual performance may vary based on factors including content quality, audience engagement, and market conditions.

    8. Prohibited Conduct

    You agree not to:

    • Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on others' rights
    • Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose
    • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
    • Circumvent any security or access controls
    • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
    • Promote content that violates the policies of downstream advertising platforms

    9. Intellectual Property

    The Service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by Stardom and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

    10. Privacy

    Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein. We collect account information, campaign data, and usage analytics to provide and improve the Service.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stardom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

    12. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

    13. Music Distribution

    By using Stardom's distribution features, you additionally represent and warrant that:

    • You own or control all rights necessary to distribute the submitted music, including master recordings, compositions, samples, and artwork
    • The content is an original composition. Cover songs, remixes, compilations, karaoke versions, soundalikes, and public domain arrangements are not accepted for distribution
    • Any AI-generated content (audio or artwork) does not incorporate copyrighted voice likenesses, unauthorized samples, or training data from third parties without proper authorization
    • You have obtained all necessary consents from contributors, featured artists, and rights holders
    • Stardom reserves the right to reject, remove, or take down any content that violates these terms or the policies of downstream distribution platforms
    • Providing false certifications regarding content ownership or AI usage may result in immediate account termination and removal of distributed content

    14. Modifications

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Service. Your continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
